Marleen's classes are non-purist yoga classes that appeals to students of various ages and fitness levels. The yoga we practice is asana-based, which means it focuses on the physical aspects of yoga, rather than the spiritual ones. This physical practice renews, invigorates and heals the body, stretching and strengthening the muscles, joints and spine and directing blood and oxygen to the internal organs. Exercise your body and mind to increase strength, flexibility and balance! All classes are mixed level and beginners are welcome. Please bring a sticky mat to class. Class Schedule
