"I have been attending Marleen's classes for 5 years. In addition to the added flexibility, it has strengthened my back. Her classes are always enjoyable and always evolving."
- Dave R. I have been taking yoga classes at the club 3-4 times a week since mid-January. Of all the different yoga classes, you and your class are by far my favorite. I think the personal touch you offer the students, direction, and explaining what a particular pose is doing is extremely helpful. You also explain and caution against the effects of an incorrect position which is also important and helpful to know and lets us know what to watch for. Your knowledge and how you guide us through gives us students confidence that we're doing our yoga correctly and also gives us something more to strive for when we can't get as far as we'd like.’
